Administration Assistant (Kitchen Department)

What will you be doing?

You will be joining our Kitchen Operations Team, who handle many operational areas involved with providing Kitchen Cabinets, Kitchen Appliances, Sinks, Mixers and Worktops. You will be handling the documentation for the following areas:


1. Stock area

Ordering of goods (PO issuance)

Managing logistics of delivery to our factory or direct delivery to site

Inventory checking and updating statistics


2. Accounts area 

Following up with suppliers on documents (DO, invoices, CN, etc)

Matching and verifying of bills for payments and submission to Accounts.


3. Sales area

Issuance of DO & invoices

Sales support


4. Service area

Submission of service documents to suppliers and follow up


Is this you? You are an ideal candidate if you…:

💡Have good computer skills

💡Are capable with Microsoft Excel & Word

💡Are good at calculation and attention to detail

💡Are well-versed in both verbal and written English.

💡Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage although training in our software will be provided

💡Have a good work attitude

💡Are able to work on a tight deadline when required

💡Are a good team player


💡Negotiable depending on experience and skills
