Accounts Assistant/Executive for Kitchen Department

What will you be doing?


You will have a responsible position being in charge of the Accounts and related areas for our Kitchen Department. This department deals with high-end Kitchen specialist items such as Cabinets, Kitchen Appliances, Sinks, Mixers and Worktops.

When you join this Kitchen Operations team, you will be responsible to:

  • Track suppliers’ Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices, match and verify for payment. Resolve any discrepancies directly with the supplier.

  • Ensure that payment deadlines are met

  • Reconcile monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA) with suppliers

  • Track payments received from customers

  • Invoicing and conversion of Payment Invoice (PI)

  • Prepare monthly report of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Update records of all stocks

  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required for smooth operation of the department


Is this you? You are an ideal candidate if you...:

  • Have 1 -2 years’ experience with Accounting Software. This is a requirement for the role

  • Experience with Autocount software is an advantage, although training in our software will be provided

  • Are capable with Microsoft Excel & Word

  • Are good at calculation and have attention to detail

  • Are well-versed in both verbal and written English

  • Have a good work attitude

  • Are able to work on a tight deadline when required

  • Are a good team player
